To start your application, create an account or login to your existing account. You will be able to save your progress and come back later to complete your application; however, we strongly advise you to complete your application all at once to avoid losing out on any promotions and room preferences.

Accommodations are limited and will be leased on a first-come, first-served basis. The acceptance of this application does not ensure an accommodation in the selected floor plan; an accommodation is reserved upon execution of the lease agreement by the Primary resident. A resident is legally bound to the lease agreement once they sign the lease agreement, regardless of a signed guaranty agreement or security deposit payment.
Which application type should I choose?

1. I will have a guarantor (most common) – A guarantor is someone who will be financially responsible for your lease agreement. Typically, a parent or guardian. Guarantors must reside in the United States & have a valid SSN.
2. I will not have a guarantor & will pay a deposit - If you do not qualify on your own, or do not have a guarantor, you can pay a deposit of 2 Months of rent.
3. I will not have a guarantor & will apply using the Guarantor Waiver Program (GWP) – If you do not qualify on your own, do not have a guarantor, or are not able to pay a deposit, you can qualify using the GWP. The GWP is a monthly fee, requiring no up-front costs and is an instant approval with a student status.
4. I will not have a guarantor & can self-qualify (least common) - If you have qualifying credit & income per our rental criteria, you can be approved for the lease on your own.
5. I am a non-student - I will not be a full time student during the entire duration of the lease term in which I am applying for.
